Surgery sessions available for short or long term lets

Exclusive grade II listed building refurbished to extremely high standards for private clientele.  The building is situated in the heart of the City of London and lies just outside exit 6 of Bank Underground station and benefits from heavy footfall.

 

The grand main reception of the building is manned 24 hours a day.  During weekdays (8am to 5pm), there are two full time reception staff that will be able to assist and direct your clients to the practice.

 

Clinicians renting surgery space at the practice will benefit from a receptionist at the practice during working hours (see Clearstone website for operating hours). Please note the services of the receptionist will only be available to you on the days you are renting the space.

 

Clients of clinicians renting a surgery will benefit from the use of the large modern air-conditioned waiting area.

The surgeries have new operating chairs with metal cabinetry and an intra oral x-ray unit and Apixia x-ray scanner.

The Practice also benefits from a new HD Vatech OPG and a new Vatech Smart X CBCT

Clinicians will need to provide their own stock/instruments etc.

A dedicated lockable cabinet to store materials and instruments will be provided.

 

The surgeries have a computer, full unlimited Internet access, a television (Apple TV with all popular apps) and benefits from air conditioning.

Guest WiFi is also available.

 

The rental fees include the following:

 

Full use of the surgery, operating chair, intra oral x-ray unit, digital x-ray scanner and HD OPG unit.  There is also a communal staff area.

License fee, rent, business rates, clinical waste collections, water and electricity charges, receptionist during normal operating hours, Use of vacuum autoclaves and decontamination room.

 Full access to all emergency drugs, oxygen and defibrillator.

 

What is not included:

 

Dental instruments and materials

A dental surgery assistant 

Access to practice management software although clinicians are able to use their own practice management software. 

Use of practice receptionist outside of normal operating hours, although main building reception is manned 24 hours a day.
