We are excited to announce that we are expanding our current site to add three more large surgeries which will be expected to be ready October 2026.

These surgeries will be available to any dentist or practitioner who wishes to take on a dedicated surgery space.  Minimum 12 month rental term (longer terms also available)

The cost for the surgery rental will be £70,000 per annum and this will allow access 24/7 365 days a year.  This equates to under £200 per day.  This fee includes all rent, service charge, utilities, clinical waste collection, business rates etc. and provides an exciting opportunity for any clinician to maximise their income.
